StarsTell Refund & Return Policy

At StarsTell, we strive to deliver authentic spiritual services and quality products with utmost care and sincerity. This policy outlines how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled across our services and products.

Our goal is to maintain fairness and transparency for users while protecting the integrity and sustainability of our business.

Please read this policy carefully before placing any order

1. General Principles

  •   By placing an order on StarsTell.com, you agree to this Refund and Return Policy.
  •   All users are responsible for placing orders carefully and ensuring accurate details are provided.
  •   Once an order reaches the processing or execution stage, no cancellation or refund will be permitted.
  •   StarsTell reserves the final decision on all refund or return requests.
  •   Money once credited to the StarsTell Wallet is non-refundable except under exceptional cases outlined below.

2. Service Orders (Consultations, Reports, Pujas, Retreats & Remedies)

No refund will be made in the following cases:

  •   The service (e.g., consultation, puja, horoscope report, remedy, retreats, etc) has entered processing or execution i.e., assigned to an astrologer, tarot reader, healer, or any practitioner.
  •   Incorrect or incomplete details provided by the user (e.g., birth details, contact number, name, or location).
  •   Dissatisfaction with the prediction, guidance, or practitioner’s approach or methodology.
  •   Technical delays or minor time variations in report generation or service delivery.
  •   Failure to attend or answer a scheduled call/chat session due to user-side issues.
  •   Services that have already been consumed or delivered (including digital reports).
  •   Promotional credits or free minutes—these have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds May Be Considered Only If:

  •   The order is cancelled within 1 hour of payment, and before being processed, refund is subject to StarsTell’s discretion.
  •   A confirmed practitioner misconduct or unprofessional behavior is reported and verified.
  •   The service was not delivered due to system or platform error, despite valid user details.
  •   Multiple payments were made for the same order—excess payment will be refunded in full.

Refund Process for Services

  •   Refunds, when approved, are processed to your StarsTell Wallet within 2–3 working days of approval.
  •   Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or other expenses will be deducted before refund.

3. Product Orders (Physical Goods)

General Conditions

  •   You have 7 calendar days from delivery to raise a return request.
  •   Items must be in unused, original condition, with all packaging, tags, labels, and barcodes intact.
  •   Items must be returned in the original box, undamaged, and with any accompanying sachets or packets unopened.
  •   Refund or replacement is subject to inspection by the StarsTell Customer Service team.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  •   Spiritual items activated or energized as per your specifications.
  •   Gemstones and crystals, except in cases of manufacturing defect or wrong item.
  •   Customized or personalized products, books, remedies, yantras, horoscopes, or items marked “No Return Accepted.”
  •   Used, damaged, or tampered goods or items without original packaging.
  •   Food, flowers, plants, prasad and perishable goods.
  •   StarsTell coupons, cards, or expired/partially used cards.
  •   Any goods returned after 7 days from delivery.

Refunds or Replacements May Be Approved If:

  •   The product received is damaged during delivery, and photographic evidence is provided within 24 hours of receipt.
  •   The wrong product or item is shipped by mistake.
  •   Partial refunds may be considered on a pro-rata basis if there is significant delay or damage in delivery.

Refund Process for Products

  •   Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  •   Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  •   If paid by card, refund will go to the original card-issuing bank within 5 business days.
  •   If paid by StarsTell Gift Card, refund will be issued as a new gift card within 10 days.
  •   If paid via money order or cheque or deposits, refund will be issued by cheque within 15 days.

4. Cancellations

  •   Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing or been executed.
  •   To request cancellation, contact Customer Care within 1 hour of placing your order with your order number.
  •   If the product is not yet shipped, you may choose a refund or StarsTell voucher.

5. Exchanges

  •   Size or product exchanges are possible only for eligible items following the same return procedure.
  •   You must place a new order after the original return is approved.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  •   StarsTell partners with reputed carriers for timely delivery.
  •   Shipping times and methods are indicated during checkout. Personalized or high-demand items may take longer.
  •   StarsTell is not liable for delays caused by courier or logistics partners but will assist in resolution.

7. Order Acceptance & Limitations

  •   Order confirmation is not a guarantee of acceptance. StarsTell may accept or decline any order for reasons including pricing errors, unavailability, or internal review.
  •   If an order is cancelled after billing, the billed amount will be refunded.
  •   StarsTell sells only to end customers and authorized partners, not for resale. Orders suspected of resale activity will be cancelled.
  •   Product quantities may be limited due to demand or availability.

8. Technical or Payment Issues

  •   If payment gateway slowdowns, failures, or timeouts occur, check your bank account before retrying.
  • If your account is debited, do not pay again—contact Customer Care for confirmation.
  •   If multiple payments are made for the same order, excess amounts will be refunded.
  •   Refunds for such cases will be processed within 5 working days.

9. Promotional Credits & Subscriptions

  •   Promotional credits, free minutes, and offers are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
  •   They are valid only during their specified validity period.
  •   Upon expiry or account termination, all unused credits and offers are forfeited.
  •   Monthly or annual subscription packs (such as minute packs) are non-refundable once activated.

10. Abuse of Policy

  •   Customers requesting repeated or serial refunds may be restricted from future purchases.
  •   Violation of StarsTell’s Terms of Use may lead to suspension of refund or return privileges.

11. Legal & Compliance

StarsTell may reverse a sale to comply with:

  •   Credit card or payment gateway rules
  •   RBI and Indian law
  •   Verified requests from judiciary or law enforcement agencies
  •   All disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction.
