For any building the direction of site and land is the basic requirement and utmost care must be taken in its selection. In selection of a site the following aspects should be taken care of:
The East-facing site is the positive location as the Sun rises from the East.
The West-facing site is considered for Lord Varuna who has control on rain and water. This site is considered neutr
The God ruling the South direction is lord Yama. As this direction is ruled by fiery planet Mars so this site is taken into consideration especially if the road is at a lower level than the house.
The North direction is for Kuber who is the lord of wealth and prosperity. Hence having the north side site is good for flow of positive cosmic energy.
For Women organizations-
If there is road facing south and a road to
the east, this site is referred southeast
site. South east site are good for women
organizations.
Having Southwestern site is not recommended for house because of some negative influences, although it is good for business purposes.
Having northeastern facing site is recommended for having a house. Specially, if the roads are lower then the site it give happiness, money etc.
A northwestern site is one with a road in the west and another in the north and is considered neutral.
As far as possible the site should be level or sloping towards North and East or North-East.
The plot should be a square or rectangle in shape and all the dimensions are to be equal in width and length. As both of the shapes provides relevant energy flow in home, mind and body.
